JumpMind provides support services to address your product issues with a guaranteed response time. We resolve issues, fix defects in the software, and provide updates or patches. Support service is not consultative in nature.

- Defects, patches, updates, and upgrades
The following types of issues are NOT supported:
- Product or application development
- System or network design
- Security policy development or implementation
- Workflow development or implementation
